Food for Thought and Thoughtful Food

Francis Foucachon

This book is the life-long reflection of pastor and chef Francis Foucachon on the place of food in the Christian life, as well as a collection of his personal recipes. Eating is not just fuel for our bodies; it is about relationships and family structure, it is about beauty and flavors, it is about God-given pleasure and art; in short, it is the French way.
